Warranty Terms:
- digihaat.com.bd follows the warranty policies set by international, local, and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS).
- Most products come with a short-term warranty, and some products may be replaced immediately if any complaints arise.
- Only the warranty declared by the manufacturer will be effective.
- The warranty for laptops may range from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model, but the warranty for batteries and adapters is a maximum of 1 year.
- If a product under warranty shows a defect, it will be repaired or replaced.
- If a specific model is out of stock, an equivalent product may be provided or price adjustment may be made.
- Repair or replacement of a warranty product may take 35-40 days or more.
- In most cases, warranty claims may involve replacing certain parts, which may need to be imported from abroad.
Out of Warranty Scope:
- digihaat.com.bd is not responsible for software or data loss.
- Issues related to BIOS passwords are not covered by the warranty.
- If the operating system of an Apple MacBook is deleted, the warranty will be void.
- For monitor warranty claims, there must be at least 3 dead pixels.
- The product’s box must be provided when making a warranty claim.
- Products that are water-damaged, broken, burnt, or physically damaged are not covered under warranty.
- If the serial sticker is removed, the warranty will not be valid.
- If there is fungus, rust, or deep scratches, motherboard, graphics card, or RAM will not be covered by the warranty.
Lifetime Warranty:
- A product will be covered by a lifetime warranty as long as it is available in the market.

Out of Warranty Services:

Printer and Peripherals Warranty Terms:

- ওয়্যারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি পণ্য মেরামত বা পরিবর্তনের সময়সীমনির্দিষ্ট মডেলের পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে সমমানের অন্য পণ্য প্রদান বা মূল্য সমন্বয় করা হতে পারে।
